Summary: Beautiful home and amenities. Communication with the owners was great! We even forgot a game and they are mailing it back to us. The house is amazing with so much to do. If you aren't in the water at the pool or out on the water on the lake, there is plenty to do at the house and plenty of space to do it. We used this as more of a Staycation since some of my family had newborns. It was a great get together and the House provided plenty of space for all of us.

Summary: Beautiful property! Spacious and well designed home, no short cuts at this property. Well supplied with fun for everyone. The pool was warm and the green space worked perfect for games. This is a nice area for a morning jog or bike ride and golf is near by.

Summary: The house accommodated my family of 17 family members needs. Location was great. Beautiful with so many amenities, so clean, and organized. Owner was helpful during an onset snowstorm where power went out for short time. Will definitely stay here again when needed for visits to Charles City. Very kid friendly!

Summary: Gathered the family for Uma’s 70th birthday celebration. Great house, lots of space, fantastic amenities, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen. Kayaked the river. The sunrise was only exceeded by the sunset views. We all definitely want to return in summer.

Summary: We had a group of six couples for our annual couples retreat weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL! So much space for us to be together and not feel crowded. The big dining room table was a plus! And the pool was perfect for the extra hot September weekend. The owner was so easy to communicate with for any needs or questions that came up. We were all so, so impressed!

Summary: It was the best property we have ever stayed in! With 10 adults and 5 children there was plenty of room and privacy. Lots of adult and teenage games plus games and books for the 3 year old! Spacious yard and beautiful pool. I hope to go back.

Summary: We booked a group of 12 to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday and this home was perfect for all ages. Great kitchen with large dining table, nice screened in patio area. Plenty of plates, glasses and pots and pans. Had backup propane ready for the large grill. Pool is heated and covered with plenty of lounge chairs and floats available. Basement was great, we got lots of use out of the skee ball and pool table. Really appreciated the use of kayaks and suggested routes. We had a great afternoon out on the water. Entire home is very clean and was great to have individual bathrooms for each bedroom. Also very quiet between the rooms. Would highly recommend.
