Positive: Lovely location and exceptional facilities for a small family. We didnt see Boo the bear but felt at peace with nature. Very close to Emerald lake and Wapta falls. The sky bridge was closed due to the wildfires but there is plenty to keep you busy

Positive: Mayda the manager was so welcoming and so sweet. The chalet was large and comfortable. One of the beds was like a fluffy cloud. I would come back.

Negative: We stayed in the sunflower and the chalet itself was great. The lot outside is not super pretty and it's not landscaped and just rocks and such. There's also a work station right across . We had issues with the hot tub that couldn't be resolved like error codes and the jets not functioning properly.

Positive: Gorgeous property. Private and quiet. Loved the hot tub and the view from it. Nice interior layout of the suite and we really enjoyed the sun room.

Negative: At $400 a night, I don’t feel we should have to empty garbages and recycling, but that seems to be the direction most places are going. There could have been more cookware available.
