"Wonderfully clean and comfy! The views from windows and French doors are breathtaking, overlooking Utah Valley, Utah Lake, and the temple. The location is perfect - not far from Provo or Salt Lake City. Beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The home was the cleanest of any Airbnb we’ve seen! Kitchen, bedrooms and great room are all spacious. Out host was wonderful and we’d love to stay there again in the future. 5 Stars!!!"
"If you’re still looking around for a great place to stay while you’re in the area of SLC, stop your search and book this one! This walk out basement doesn’t feel like a basement, it’s open and airy. The mountain views with the sunsets are worth it alone, but it also comes with comfy beds, cozy blankets for the couch and a newer, fully stocked kitchen! Oh, and the hosts are also awesome! ❤️"

Our newly renovated basement guest suite has all the comforts of home while you are away. With a separate entrance / pathway, you will enjoy your privacy! Everything here is new – from the mattresses, to the appliances, so you can rest easy and relax during your getaway. Enjoy a nice movie night by electric fireplace after a day of hiking or challenge yourself to a nostalgic game of PACMAN. The first bedroom features a king bed with views of the valley. Our second bedroom has room for the family with a queen bed, as well as bunk beds.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
