Positive: Clean welcoming house. Loved the welcome basket in the kitchen. Great for a family of 6 and welcomes dogs. Close to Ringwood hotel if you're attending an event there. Opposite a superette with friendly staff, very handy.

Negative: Front gate had trouble locking and it banged in the wind.

Negative: Very disappointed this time around • Not very clean throughout • shelf in fridge door broken - both fridge and freezer notvery clean • Heavy Glass top dining table in conservatory very wobbly - unsafe/unstable and unusable as two of the legs not attached • Not enough crockery/spoons for 6 • Downstairs bathroom doesn't lock properly, seal around bath perished, blinds have broken slats • Light in upstairs bathroom doesn't work • Hoover is rubbish and smelly • Not enough seating in the lounge for 6 • signal on television is intermittent • needs a deep clean and redecoration.

Positive: The location was ideal for us to explore the Peak District. Was well equipped and a good space to not Ben on top of each other, the conservatory was perfect to spend an evening in.

Negative: Everywhere seemed a little tatty, needed a little bit of attention and a good clean. The welcome basket was a strange addition with out of date gluten free Yorkshire pudding mix and an opened bottle of cordial which was mouldy, personally this was a small gesture which should have been a bonus not a negative.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Street. The property was clean, cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to some lovely walks and the pub which served decent food. Would stay again.

Positive: The property was clean, comfortable and well decorated, if a little outdated in quiet residential area of Hollingwood. A welcome box of tea and snacks was a great personal touch. Across the road is a small convenience store and 15 minutes walk away on Brimington High Street there is a small supermarket with a larger range of provisions. It is a few minutes walk to the main road where buses into town (10 minute journey) can be caught.

Negative: We stayed at the end of summer and the Autumn weight duvets were too hot. The single beds both had waterproof mattress protectors on which also made sleeping too hot.
