Conveniently located 2 miles from the heart of Mohican, this 2 bed 2 bath cottage features a hot tub & outdoor concrete patio fire ring surrounded by towering trees. Covered front porch offers a place to grill and dine outdoors or relax in the hot tub. Inside you will find an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The hall way leads you to a master bedroom with on suite and an additional bedroom in the rear of the house.
Enjoy your days hiking or taking in the scenes at the state park, floating down the Mohican river or just spending time at the cabin.
Kitchen: Range, microwave, refrigerator, standard coffee maker, pots & pans, dinnerware and cutlery to accommodate 4 people.

Outside Amenities: Propane BBQ with Propane Provided, Hot Tub, Deck, outdoor dining set for 4, Concrete Patio with fire ring (firewood is not provided, we recommend you bring your own or purchase from local gas stations/dollar stores).
The Security Deposit of $250 is a hold, not a charge, on your Credit/Debit Card from a day before check-in until 7 days after checkout. Your card is only charged if I claim damage during that timeframe. If I do not claim damage during that timeframe, the hold will be automatically released from your card on the 7th day after checkout. Since the card account is not technically charged, just held, the hold that you see on your online statement may just disappear instead of showing as a credit. I will always contact you to discuss any damages prior to charging your card. Please ignore any other posts that states we will collect the security deposit at the house. This is inaccurate and there is currently not an option to remove that language. Sorry for any confusion.

Summary: The cabin is some sort of old double wide or mobile home that’s been dropped here. A lot of water damage throughout the property. The cabin sits close to the road and you can hear traffic. However the hot tub and covered porch were wonderful amenities and furniture inside and out was clean and free of damage. Dogs allowed and hot tub was the main reason we stayed here. Close to most Mohican Trail heads.

Summary: The cottage is a little dated and can use some love, but has a well equipped kitchen, gas grill with propane, and a jacuzzi tub in the master for when its too cold to use the hot tub. The outdoor hot tub is 2 steps from the door on a covered deck. Plenty of towels provided. And the indoor fireplace was lovely to use while we watched it snow through the pines.

Summary: This was the perfect place for my husband & 2 dogs. We loved the cleanliness, the large ensuite bath, & hot tub. The bed was very comfortable & the deck chairs were awesome! Glad we could watch the Guardians too!

Summary: The property was set back so at night you gelt like you were in the woods, the hot tub was amazing on cool nights, the fire pit was cute and great for making s'mores. The only thing is the driveway is a little hard to see, not a bad thing, but just a head's up fir anyone looking to rent this beautiful cabin. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍
