Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. One small pet permitted with manager approval and nonrefundable $250 pet fee. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150).

Summary: Had a great experience with the property manager.! The home was well appointed, clean and as advertised. Not so much with VRBO, very disappointed n their response to an issue prior to being put in contact with Berkshire Hathaway (the actual property manager) I’ll be using another platform for home rentals in the future
