Positive: Continental breakfast was good. Historic old style building, absolutely beautiful Beautiful view.

Negative: The room only had tea available & no milk. It would be nice to have a coffee option & some milk pods.

Positive: The view was peaceful, surrounding grounds well taken care of and a nearby hiking track was a plus.

Negative: The welcome was semi unprofessional. Reception was perplexed about our arrival with 2 dogs even though we notified at time of booking. Instead of a calm solution she went on about it for a few minutes. Did not notify us the rules about dog waste around property on check in. We searched property for a dog waste bin and did not find any so just left outside our room door. The next day we were rudely told off by reception that she removed the dog waste bags and we need to keep the dog waste bags in our balcony because it is not nice for other guests to see this. If you are a dog friendly place why don’t you have a dog waste bin for guests? The bed is super uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and the extremely hard boiled egg served was a shame. No lunch, dinner or drinks on site beside a bottle of highly priced 26€ bottle of sparkling wine in minibar.

Summary: For the price point, this is an unwelcoming place. Don’t waste your money.

Positive: Unique view on North Italy, lovely balcony, perfect cleanliness, very helpful and kind staff

Negative: Poor kitchen equipment and poor matrace on double bed. Breakfast has been OK but quite simple and almost the same every day. In the kitchen we found a disturbing notice, saying that extra will be charged in case the kitchen is used. This, we did not like at all, as it was not mentioned on booking. Luckily, at checkout, no extra cost was calculated, it was not even mentioned.

Negative: Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, everything in the room is poor quality, for example towels, toilet paper etc. The restaurant was closed for dinner on Sunday night, which was not good as specially we booked for this reason to have this facility and the road up the property is a bit challenging.

Summary: Fantastic views, poor quality on room facilities and breakfast quite limited on what you receive.
