Positive: Breakfast burritos and danishes were excellent and fresh. There wasn’t anywhere to sit so we took it back to our room. The hotel was clearly very busy but was quiet with no disturbances. Valet was very courteous and prompt.

Negative: I thought we would enjoy the loft bed, but honestly it was a little hard to move around to get in and out of bed.

Positive: Awesome hotel. Great rooftop bar, funky reception & breakfast area. This hotel is different, in a good way! Service from Gabbi was amazing, so helpful.

Negative: Nothing to fault.

Positive: We liked the quiet in the later evening, the room was comfortable, breakfast included was a nice perk in the lobby was good. The rooftop was quiet and relaxing in the morning.

Negative: When we checked in at 4:00 p.m., we weren't able to rest before going out in the evening because there was a rooftop band that was so loud. It was pulsing in our room. We tried to go upstairs and sit but got kicked out by a security guard when we sat by the hot tubs. Not a great environment for travelers who need to rest up in the later afternoon and evening.

Summary: Horrible from 4-9, much better late at night and in the morning.

Negative: Check in process, although check in through the computer in my own was easy unlike interacting with people more
