Positive: Our hosts were delightful, warm & welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. We had a delicious dinner on the night we arrived & a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The view from our bedroom was one of the best we’ve ever had - so much so we slept with the curtains open so we could appreciate the show Mother Nature put on for us.

Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Summary: Fabulous, comfortable stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Positive: We can't speak highly enough of Castle View. We were made to feel extremely welcome throughout by as friendly and thoughtful hosts as we've ever encountered. The food was excellent - both our evening meal and breakfast - and very generous too. And of course, a beautiful view and convenient access to the ferry for Mull form the icing on the cake. Absolutely top class.

Positive: Our exceptional hosts & their attention to detail, wonderfully cooked breakfast with a wide choice. We were thoroughly spoilt with a lovely home cooked evening meal. The icing on the cake was the view of the Castle, Sound of Mull & Lochaline from the bedroom window.

Positive: Iain and Tom were possibly the most delightful and accommodating hosts I have ever met! The food was absolutely amazing: they provided the best Scottish breakfast I have ever had, and the dinner by candlelight was so delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one could want or need. I swear they have thought of everything: binoculars to spot wildlife and look at the gorgeous scenery, chocolates on the night tables, homemade shortbread cookies, wonderful body products, a great selection of drinks, etc. They suggested hiking tours for me to do, and they were so helpful in many other ways. I was sad to leave! I would happily come back again, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to others.
