Positive: The hotel is clean FAIRlY (not well) maintained, the room is spacious and provided with centralized AC. The location is good and near to the old town ( will cost €6 by Uber) shuttle provided by the hotel to nearest Metro station. Overall the location and facilities are pretty good for 3 star hotel.

Negative: Swimming pool is dirty and they would better off without it. Breakfast is poor

Summary: Good money value for those who are looking for discover Prague and spent the night only

Positive: I liked calm location, perfect communication with helpful stuff and a lot of features inside object (pool, sauna, bowling, restaurant, minigolf in garden). Beds were comfy and air conditioning working well. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was just good - I liked quality of juices and I completely fallen in love with... bread. A masterpiece of bakery, compliments for that.

Negative: I didn't like fact, that I was never informed before arrival that on Saturday night I'll have a noisy party below outside the window from the restaurant till midnight. It's difficult to really rest in these conditions after long day, especially with kids. Also coffee from powder at the machine during breakfast was awful - even simple natural filter coffee (not expensive at all) would do the job better, think about that. If you could inform that guest can pay extra for espresso or cappuccino for breakfast, I promise - there will be some ordering it.

Negative: Air conditioning unit inside my room was very dirty, so it could not cool enough the room. Also the locker was without batteries, so people in reception gave me a key to use it, in instead of the password. Last, some of the people who work at the restaurant are not friendly.

Positive: The room was really nice and big, very friendly and helpful staff, shuttle service was a big plus for us. We liked it very much.

Negative: The location is a bit far from city centre but with the shuttle service it is not a big deal.

Positive: Very friendly, helpful and polite staff with excellent language skills. They even offered a shuttle service to the nearby subway station. Restaurant was very good, even my kids ate everything. Lot of parking spaces within the hotel territory. Swimming pool.

Negative: The subway station is a 5 minutes drive from the hotel.
