Positive: Great attention to detail and Fantastic service Fantastic breakfast and friendly conversation lovely rooms and facilities. Hygienic. Location is accessible to both the old town and the new town. Bus and taxi services are closed to the guest house and David and Ian’s friendly service makes you feel home away from home.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at Castle Park Guest House! I stayed in one of the smaller rooms (Buchanan) and found it to be very comfortable, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location is great - it’s quiet since it’s not in the middle of the main touristy area, but it’s still very easy to get to many attractions by walking or taking the bus (a bus stop is right across the street). If I’m ever back in Edinburgh then I will definitely stay here again.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay with excellent customer service and delicious breakfast each morning! Also, the bed was very comfortable and warm. The private bathroom was a few steps down the hall but it was spacious and updated and really not a problem at all. Really nice, quiet place to stay in Edinburgh.

Positive: Everything was perfect. Also we was suprised by sustainable approach everywhere. Perfect breakfast - smoked salmon was one of the best! Also perfect guidance what to do in the city and where. We was very satisfied.

Positive: David and Ian are wonderful hosts. The lovely and freshly prepared breakfast provided an amazing start in the day. Rooms are modern, cosy and very clean. The place is located near the old town but in a quiet street. All questions were answered very friendly and with great expertise. Coffee, tea and small snacks are available at all time. David provided a safe parking spot nearby. We enjoyed our time and will come back :-)
