Summary: Aankomst was lastig.Telefonisch lukte niet vlot.Verschillend mogelijkheden tot entree.Maar vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg daarna.Mooi ingericht en verzorgd huis en tuin.Veel mogelijkheden tot ontspanning in en om het huis.wat meer sanitaire voorzieningen zou prettig zijn.

Summary: ondanks het slechte weer toch n aangenaam weekend gehad : de kids hebben zelfs nog kunnen zwemmen in het verwarmde zwembad en we hebben genoten van sauna en jacuzi

Summary: Das Haus und die Anlage war so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben! Besonders der weitläufige Garten ist sehr schön! Für den Anlass unseres Aufenthaltes - ein Familientreffen ideal! Wir haben uns trotz einiger 'Augenzuunddurchsituationen' wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Woche verbracht! Allerdings haben wir uns auch ein bisschen gewundert, warum man aus so einer 'Perle' nicht mit wenig Aufwand einen 'Diamanten' macht ...

Summary: De aankomst was verwarrend. Het huis was koud, verwarming stond niet volledig aan en verschillende elementen waren stuk. We kregen weinig of geen informatie en moesten het zelf maar uitzoeken. De omgeving is nochtans mooi, het gebouw heeft veel potentieel.

Summary: Mooie accommodatie. Het is alleen erg jammer dat bepaalde faciliteiten achterstallig onderhoud hebben. De vaatwasser in de keuken staat niet stabiel en binnen in is het rekje deels kapot waardoor de vaatwasser aanzetten een uitdaging is. Ook de bubbels van het bubbelbad werken niet en bij de aparte douche is de achterwand stuk. Tijdens ons verblijf werden wel wat stoelen bij het poolhouse gerepareerd. Dat was ook nodig. De ligbedden bij het zwembad waren ook niet allemaal heel. De rugleuning kon niet omhoog en er zaten barsten in. Ook waren de kussens wel aan vervanging / reparatie toe. De barbecue bij het poolhouse was helaas erg vies en incompleet. De omgeving, de grote tuin was heerlijk. Ook de uitstraling en de sfeer zijn uniek.

Summary: Aan het huis zelf is helemaal niks mis. Met de huiseigenaar is niet te praten. Wij hadden dit huis voor 15 personen geboekt, vooraf contact gehad of het goed was dat het alleen ging om jongeren. Dat was goed. Na de eerste nacht zijn wij er door de huiseigenaar uit het huisje gezet, omdat er veel overlast is geweest op die avond. Wij hadden het huisje netjes gelaten en wilden met deze man in gesprek, maar daar was hij niet van gediend. Naar mijn idee hebben wij niet de kans gekregen om met de desbetreffende meneer in gesprek te gaan over hoe nu verder. Hij gaf aan dat hij diezelfde dag om 1 uur zou arriveren samen met de plaatselijke politie, maar hij is echter niet gekomen. Doordat wij niet terug konden naar huis hebben wij uiteindelijk een ander huisje weten te boeken voor de resterende dagen. Nu heb ik met Belvilla contact gehad over hoe we dit nu doen met geld terug en dergelijke, maar blijkt dat de huiseigenaar niks terug betaalt! Zelfs de borg die we terug zouden krijgen als alles netjes was achter gelaten krijgen wij niet terug! Terwijl wij foto's hebben gemaakt van hoe we alles hebben achter gelaten, waar je op kon zien dat alles in goede staat was gebleven. Al deze foto's zijn opgestuurd naar de SOS afdeling van Belvilla, maar tevergeefs. Bij deze zou ik iedereen afraden om ooit dit huisje te boeken..
