Summary: This beautiful property stole our hearts back in 2019, when my now-wife first visited this magical place. Six years later, we returned — this time to celebrate our wedding reception after tying the knot a few months earlier. From start to finish, everything was beyond wonderful. A special mention to Sandra, the amazing coordinator who made everything run so smoothly, and her fantastic team — Delfina and the lovely lady (whose name, unfortunately, I’ve forgotten) who graciously welcomed and ushered our guests upon arrival. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The food and Chianti wines during our celebration were absolutely exceptional — truly a highlight that everyone still talks about! The breakfast and dinner staff were attentive, kind, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job. We also had the privilege of meeting Mr. John Matta, the owner — such a gracious and inspiring man who leads an extraordinary team. All of our guests loved their stay, and we left with hearts full of joy and gratitude. We can’t wait to come back again — hopefully for our anniversary next time.

Summary: This is a castle built on the top of a hill in the 12th century, so the architecture is stunning. The building itself has been updated so all the comforts of modern life are present. On premise winery offers great tours and wine. The on premise included breakfast was excellent. Parking was free and easy. Fantastic place! We hope to return with a big group of friends soon.

Summary: A highlight during an already excellent vacation!! The service and amenities were top notch. Breakfast was delicious, wine tasting impeccable, and dinner scrumptious. The infinity pool was quiet and so relaxing to spend the day by!!! Could not recommend more highly. Easy to get to by car. Do yourself a favor and book!

Summary: A beautiful place! The castle and staff are fine. No air conditioning anywhere and it was super hot. This is not a good option for anyone with limited mobility. You have to carry your bags quite a distance across gravel to your room and then upstairs while dealing with keys and gates. Our room (michaelangelo) is needing an updo and smelled like mold upstairs. Infinity pool was wonderful and views are the best in Tuscany. We stayed for dinner, which was actually pretty good but again, no air conditioning and hot. Same with breakfast. Private tour is overpriced compared to others in area but guide was knowledgeable. Biggest complaints by far were the air conditioning and Internet. Ciao!

Summary: An unforgettable experience. The hotel was stunning, rich character and spotlessly clean. Service was standout as staff we very welcoming and down to earth whilst providing what felt like a luxury experience. Would recommend both the wine tour lunch and evening meal as the food was superb in a the most picturesque setting. Looking forward to returning in future.

Summary: Beautiful property overlooking the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside. Picturesque setting with gourmet restaurant and a pool. People who work there were very nice and accommodating. We arrived after the front desk closed, so someone stayed a little later to show us around. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and had all modern amenities. This is a working vineyard so we took a wine tour which included the wine cellars, wine tasting and lunch with an amazing view of the vineyards. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Very happy I chose this propery.
