Positive: The location of the apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed the quiet, more residential area. There were plenty of restaurants and Calle Serrano was a short walk.

Negative: The main bedroom was a good size. However, the other two bedrooms were very small and it was difficult to maneuver around in the room.

Positive: The apt was great, very comfortable and it had everything needed for a family! The bathrooms were spotless and had enough towels for our party of 6. The only negative i have is that I wished it was a little closer to the train station, as coming back after walking all day it’s hard when you know you still have another 4 long blocks to the apt. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Positive: Easy access as long as Joel is working and available. Whatsapp not required for communications, which is good. 10 minutes walk to closest metro, which takes you directly to Civitas Metropolitano. Two AC’s which is enough - the house is cool by nature even on a warm or hot day. Basics, which have failed us previously, like coffemakers, wineglasses and plates are all top notch, working and easy to use. The washing machine and other appliances are workable for any normal human being. No hassle , no complexity.

Negative: If more than two people are showering in the morning, be polite and use warm water sparsely.

Summary: Perfect for two, probably perfect for four as well.
