Modern 4 bedroom house with great sea views of beautiful Banks Peninsula from every room and a rural aspect behind the house with all rooms on the same level. Parking on the flat behind the house or on the turning bay. Large deck on the front of the house with plentiful outdoor furniture. Gardener keeps the property in good order.
Modern appliances and comfortable beds: 2 King Beds; 1 Queen Bed; One King Single. 2 Bathrooms, with one being the master bedroom ensuite, containing a shower and bath. Separate toilet.

Summary: The pictures of the inside of this house don't do it justice, it was a lovely bright space with wonderful views over the bay. A perfect place to simply relax or entertain with a BBQ overlooking the sea.

Summary: Thanks Viv and Rob for a wonderful stay at your delightfully appointed house. There was nothing left wanting and we enjoyed every aspect of it. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The living area was delightful and made day tripping almost a chore as We didn’t want to leave the view. Thank you for sharing with us
