Summary: We were a large family group of adults and children. The property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly eg each family had own sleeping and living area. The setting was absolutely stunning and the swimming pool a highlight and where we spent most of our days. Check in and contact with the owner was seamless and anything we needed was acted upon immediately. We felt we had isolation in a stunning setting but not isolated as there were other properties, restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely return.

Summary: Lovely House in Hills. Perfect for large group. (4 apartment with separate kitchen and bathrooms). Host/owner was so helpfull and instantly had an answer og guideance on whatsapp. Nice Lake close to House for swimming.

Summary: Franco, the owner of the house was very nice, friendly and uncomplicated. The property was perfect, space to play outdoor games, sitting outside in the evening or hanging around at the big pool. There was everything we needed. House was clean and the three kitchen had everything we need. Wi-Fi didn’t work during our 5 days of stay, but this was not a big deal for us. We would recommend Filicaia and I wish we‘re coming back.

Summary: This property was great for our group of 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 5 children aged 7-13. Lots of room and privacy if needed. Nice pool and outdoor space the river at the bottom of the track is great for swimming and a real bonus. Stunning views across the valley and nice villages nearby to explore. The owner Franco is friendly and helpfull. Would definitely recommend this place if traveling as a large group, our kids loved it.

Summary: We were a mix of 2 families and grandparents, young children 6yrs - 10yrs in age range, parents in their 40's and grandparents 65 - 75yrs and this villa was accessible, worked well for the mix of needs/abilities. We had a few teething problems on arrival, a few missing bulbs and a leaking toilet but these were fixed or in hand within an hour as the owner is very close by and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We were given great restaurant recommendations and all the info and support we wanted. (There's an abundance of leaflets in the ground floor lounge too). The pool and outdoor space is the absolute selling point, you might say the inside is a little quaint and it is, but the outside space is perfect. We were there 10 days and did plenty of trips out, days by the pool and afternoons in the river which is about a 5-10 min walk down the unmade track/road. I would highly recommend this villa, but the immediate village doesn't have much in the way of shops or restaurants. The next village over however is only about 3-5km away so a drive as there are no pavements to safely walk along. Book and enjoy!

Summary: This is the perfect place for a large group holiday - we had an incredible time. The location is beautiful with amazing countryside and walks, and lovely towns to visit nearby. The river swimming near to the villa is a real bonus - we absolutely loved jumping in off the rocks and paddling and swimming around. We were there during a heat-wave, so didn't really do much apart from chill at the pool and walk down to the river, but the large garden made it possible for all the children to run around and let off steam. The house is comfortable and feels very Italian - apart from cooking and sleeping we spent all our time outside! I am sure we will all be back.
