Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Find the rest and privacy you desire. Get alone with friends near shopping and lakes that supply all of the fun you need!
You will have your own private casita, patio deck and fireside seating. Parking is available at your casita. You will have access to walk the nature trail around the water front. If you like to to fish or sit by the water, you will find peace in this space as well.
We’ll be available by phone should you need us. We are a short distance away but want to give you all of the privacy you desire.
This a beautiful place in the country filled with peace and tranquillity. There is a great country road we are connected to that has no outlet, so it’s great for walks.
There will be firewood available on site for the fire pit out front of the Casita. You might be sure to bring you a lighter and fire starter to light the wood.
NO NOISE Policy between 9pm and 8am. If other guests in near by Casitas complain, there will be 1 request for silence and the next infraction will result in an immediate removal from the property. Please NO SHOES worn in the Casita. There will be a shoe tray available for you inside. We recommend you have a set of house shoes for your convenience. Also, please keep the entrance doors closed during extreme temperatures for a more comfortable stay.
NO SMOKING around the front doors or inside the house. If there is a smell of smoke in the house, there will be an additional $150 charge.
Please do not leave any loose trash outside of the home. Kindly place all trash from inside and out in the GREEN DUMPSTER as you leave the property. If trash has to be collected inside or outside of the home after your checkout time, there will be a $50 charge. . Also, please I wash any dishes you use and place them on a washcloth on the kitchen counter. There will be an additional $25 cleaning fee for dirty dishes left behind.
PETS are allowed in this Casita but they are not allowed on furniture. They also must be kenneled while the owner is not home. Also the pets paws need to be cleaned before entry into the Casita. If the pet is not kenneled and found to be left alone roaming in the Casita with out the owner, thee will be an additional $150 charge.
Upon check out, please leave all sheets and towels together on the floor. All pillows and comforters stay on the beds.

Summary: We had a great experience only came across a few problems. The Entranceway to the cabins wasn't so easy to locate. the parking area for the cabins were a little too small once more people started showing up to the other cabins. the latter In the cabin didn't seem stable enough and kept slipping Out from under my husband and I as we tried to climb to the top Loft area. (Mind you that we both, weigh about 200lbs each) so if there was a weight limit it. I didn't see it. Lastly no creamer at all for coffee? So may i suggest, at last a powder form. Maybe even little cheap packets. Overall, thank you so much for Lending out your space To us We had a wonderful time
