Summary: The hotel is a little on the older side but still in good condition. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very convenient to public transportation. Lots of parking and felt safe. Convenient to St. Louis

Summary: This place is a bit of a dump. I don't even think the carpet was vacuumed between stays. Heavily stained floors, wallpaper peeling off walls, and an outlet that didn't work and left my phone uncharged in the morning. Bed was fairly comfortable. But I wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: We love the river view from our toom, however it is a no smoking facility and we found cigarettes that were left laying around the room from previous people that housekeeping disnt clean. Didn't look like rhe bathroom was cleanes other than fresh towels.

Summary: Very disappointed. We often stay at Casino Queen and use the shuttle to Battlehawks and Cardinal games. Prior to booking this stay i called the front desk to verify shuttle was running to the UFL championship game. I was told yes. When we checked in i asked again and was told yes again. We came down to the lobby to get our wrist bands and was told "shuttle starts 90 minutes prior to the game" About an hour before the game started, one of the young ladies from the front desk came out and told us that there would not be a shuttle because the Battlehawks were not in the game. I pointed to the sign that says. Free shuttle to ALL major St. Louis sporting events. her reply was that we could take the tram. Not a chance we will take that! Getting on it at 11pm in St. Louis? Hard pass. She then said Uber. Again, no thanks for after game pick up. I'm disabled and cant walk any distance over about 100 ft. So.... we did not go to the game. Tickets wasted and football fans disapointed. In the future we will look at other hotel/shuttle options. Customer service is important. Casino Queen needs to remember this. Very disappointing 😞

Summary: Guest Service Reps were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the hotel which isn't in the safest feeling area, but security seemed to be important to the owners/managers, so that was good. The hotel looked and felt clean. The carpet in our guest room though... YUCK! I inspect rooms (as a former GM of hotels), it was pretty good... just needs some updates and carpets cleaned. The view was beautiful!

Summary: Our trip for a couple of St. Louis Cardinal games which we stayed at Casino Queen. Staff very friendly and helpful. rooms nice, place clean and very easy to get to Cardinal games from the Queen.

Summary: The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoy going to the casino. Upon arriving the ladies at tthe front desk were very pleasant and inviting me in, I would recommend family and friends to stay here and I would stay there. Thank you fei your hospitality ☺️😀
