Summary: Rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious. Excellent hotel room design. Front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and detailed. Lobby bar — a welcoming, well-attended space. Conference rooms are comfortable easily located and flexible, Hotel has walkable access to the entire Plaza retail and restaurant development. All around excellent property in a great location.

Summary: The location, view, and modern design were excellent, and the front desk on my first night was very courteous. But at checkout, I was told I’d have to pay $30 for just a one-hour late checkout (11:00 AM to noon) and the staff insisted there was no flexibility. After decades of travel, I’ve never encountered such a rigid “nickel-and-dime” policy for something so small. It left a negative impression and overshadowed what could have been a great stay.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. Loved the extra amenities like filtered ice, filtered water and sparkling water on every floor. Staff was exceptional. I plan to come back.

Summary: The staff from the valet to the front desk throughout the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. Greeted by each and every one of them on entrance and exit. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, and comfortable. Right on the CCP walking distance to EVERYTHING! even took a walk into Westport for breakfast one day. You can’t go wrong. Also, it was the ice machine for our daughter. Each floor has a soft pellet ice machine. If I could give more than five stars I sure would!
