Positive: Clean modern new. Fitness center well equipped

Negative: Our room is located across the street from a noisy bar. They played live music to 1 AM every day. It was really annoying and it was difficult to do work in the day time because the bar was just loud. The staff offered to change her room. They are aware of this problem. However, being aware of it why they put us in a room right opposite, the bar isn’t clear. This is an expensive property and you would like it to be pleasant. As a valued guest, there should be no fee to use the spa.

Positive: The staff were welcoming and helpful. The massage and spa facilities were very nice and not too crowded. My room was upgraded as a courtesy without me asking for it. Street parking wasn't bad and the location seems pretty safe. Wifi worked well, 50 Mbits up and down. One button opens the blinds and turns on all of the room lights. Not a bad view from the top floor and neighborhood noise was minimal.

Negative: The room keys are bands you wear around your wrist. In the instructions for the spa on screen, they advise you to use your room key for access, though the spa bands only work in the spa currently until they iron that out, so you need to head to the front desk to get your wrist key reprogrammed if you follow the instructions. Don't forget your swimsuit like I did: the shop across from the spa isn't inexpensive when it comes to attire. The installed power jacks on the floor also don't support two pronged cables since they're somewhat recessed. Bring a three prong cable or use one of the wall jacks. There are multiple "scene" options in rooms for lighting and drawing the curtains, mostly self explanatory but they randomly opened and closed once without being prompted. So, some tech issues but nothing horrible.

Summary: Swanky and clean, premium experience still ironing out some tech issues

Negative: The hotel is noisy and the walls are too thin. The staff was very nice to move me within the hotel, but the problem persists. The spa is really really nice, my complaint is with the hotel. The yoga class was great!

Positive: location was great, everything very clean and tidy. staff friendly.

Negative: the pool/spa facility is an additional cost - when I paid, I assumed that the high price was to do with spa access, which was disappointing. but I wasn't "unhappy" paying that additional cost because it was still so good.

Negative: Mattress and pillows were too firm for us, there is an extra fee to enjoy the pool as a hotel guest.
