The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens and textiles that helped regulate my nervous system—a uniquely rare and deeply appreciated focus. Comfort was clearly a priority: the bed and pillows were high-quality, and the overall peace of the property was nourishing. The location couldn’t be better—quiet, yet within easy walking distance of restaurants and local charm, with a neighbor’s birdbath providing unexpected joy. Amenities were generous and well-maintained: excellent appliances, coffee, snacks, oil, vinegar, spices, a kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and comfortable spaces to work or relax. I travel with my own toilet paper (yes, I love my double-ply), so I can’t speak to that. The host and staff were responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful—their energy made the stay even better. Every little touch—books, lighting, art—felt intentional. Best of all, the value far exceeded the cost. It felt like a nourishing gift.

Negative: The only drawback was the tight parking in the back—but honestly, that’s just the nature of the location. The fact that the property even offers off-street parking is rare and greatly appreciated. It may take a little maneuvering, but having that convenience in this area is a major plus and a priority for me when booking.

Positive: We truly enjoyed out stay here! The location could not have been more perfect with many walkable food spots and the street car just down the street. Our hostess was very easy to reach and checked in on us during our week long stay. We got a detailed welcome message leading to our stay and the day of our arrival. When I reached out to ask about the W/D access, she replied quickly. She was even kind enough to accommodate a late check out for us to catch out late flight out.

Negative: Nothing we disliked to report back on.

Summary: Wonderful apartment in the cutest neighborhood with great access to the streetcar.
