The farmhouse has undergone a complete and accurate renovation that has brought to light the original brick ceilings and masonry walls. Each window is a picture of the surrounding countryside. Its location near the Teramo sea highway and the Mosciano motorway exit, allows rapid movements towards S. Benedetto del Tronto, Pescara, the airport, Rome, Lake Campotosto, Prati di Tivo, the Gran Sasso.
The farmhouse is located on a one and a half hectare farm and has a large and sunny space in front with a beautiful and large Jacuzzi for 5 people, sun loungers, a lounge and chairs where you can stay by day and spend the evening with barbecue and smoker for grilling in the company.
The large and convenient private parking allows you to leave the car in peace. The apartment also has access from the street level which allows you to unload and load the car with ease and without effort.
The proximity of the lake leads to a cool and always ventilated climate even on the hottest days.
