Positive: Plenty of room and bathrooms. Would have liked to know that many restaurants and shops were a few blocks away (besides the ones on the same block.)

Negative: Difficult to adjust the room temperature. Too many buttons to pick from to regulate the temperature and the lights.

Summary: I highly recommend. Not in walking distance to some of the iconic tourist spots. Uber or bus ride.

Positive: It’s amazing 2 bedroom deluxe apartment with full amenities and kitchen equipment. The bed was so comfy.

Negative: The location is perfect walking distance to Lisbon Cathedral, restaurant and bars but unfortunately uber cannot enter this district due to is residential area unless is taxi and charter hotel transport. But at night, our rooms can hear the outside noisy during after midnight.

Positive: The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to answer questions and make suggestions. We especially appreciated Hugo and Beatrice for their friendliness and help.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like. The apartment was beautiful, a great location in the old town historic section of Lisbon, beds very comfortable and a fantastic staff.

Summary: We would stay here again and gladly recommend Casa Grand to others.

I didn’t expect to find such a perfect setup for a family of four — each room has its own private bathroom, and the space is practical, clean, and cozy. Hugo was wonderful and very friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we come to Lisbon!
