Positive: Accomodation is right in the center, there is great garden where you can eat. Also it is connected with the restaurant.

Negative: First impression is good but at second look it is obvious that rooms need renovation. Walls needs to be painted, toilet and shower as well. There is also an electrical switch for the light right in the shower which is extremely dangerous. The kitchen is shared for all the rooms also seems to be good but it is very dirty. All the furniture and equipment are not well cleaned. You are allowed to use only fridge and coffee maker but not the cooker. Overall the cleanes is a problem.

Positive: Central for Pedasi. Parking tight (just at curb). Rooms have good AC but none in public areas. So hot and sticky. but they have a lovely open air patio bar area with some food in the evenings. Shower good. All in all, it was fine. I'd stay again. My husband and I had the Rose Room (king bed) and daughter had a smaller double bed and smaller room.

Negative: Could have used another towel and toiletries. They had a breakfast menu but not available. Windows are to the courtyard so can't have them open (and shades needed to be down for privacy) Hard to get info on area (no maps or brochures available. )

Summary: Worked fine and a very reasonable price.

Positive: Very beautiful place with cosy and big rooms. We loved our bed and the common area which is really beautiful. Shower was amazing with hot water. There is also a place to park the car. We arrived late in the night and there was no problem to do the checkin :)

Positive: Really beautiful place with very modern and spacious rooms. We stayed in the family room which was very big and had a great bathroom and comfortable beds. The restaurant area out the back was really nice for a few drinks. The location is very good - a few decent restaurants within walking distance as well as an ATM and supermarket. It's a 3 minute drive to Arenal beach to do Isla Iguana which is fantastic.

Negative: We asked for an extra single bed to be put in the room as we were 5 people and they said no because of security reasons, yett the room was huge and could easily have fitted another bed.
