Positive: Loved the location, the privacy, style & attention to detail in the facilities (architecture, decor, materials.and finishes), food in the restaurant was outstanding (they even make their own bread), private beach available 24h with fun stuff available to guests (like kayaks and paddle boards). Last but not least, hospitality of the staff really made a difference (kudos to Luis and Chef David)

Negative: Minor point of improvement: A bigger board or better signage to the hotel's gate from the main highway could help in better locating the entrance to the road that leads to the hotel, especially at night.

Positive: Staff was great, room was great, food was great but what’s really exceptional is the lagoon front they have. Probably the best in Bacalar

Positive: Casa Vive is the perfect spot if you're looking for some chill days. The room, the proximity to the lagoon, and the restaurant food are all top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable and awesome. Don Luis is just the best, always making sure you're feeling good with the best attitude, and Julian at the restaurant provides perfect service. Amenities like the pool are cleaned every day, and the beach chairs, beach beds, and kayaks are all in tip-top shape. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi reaches halfway across the lagoon (thanks, Starlink). You don't even need to head downtown to Bacalar to have a blast; the views and privacy here are spot-on.

Negative: The only reason I can't give it a 10/10 is because the management messed up my reservation, and I ended up spending the first night in a room without balcony. Two mezcal cocktails would've easily made up for that rough start.

Summary: Casa Vive is the perfect spot if you're looking for some chill-private days.

Positive: I passed a very good time to Casa Vive. The staff is helpful and kind.There is a good atmosphere day time and night time with a very nice garden lightening.At disposal there is canoes and stand up paddle boards it's a really good value. The beach is small but more than enough with a nice sunbeds, the water is so clear. There is pool too Super place to chill. i recommend you have to bring some foods and drinks, if you don't want to move for lunch or dinner there is a fridge in the room. Very good Wifi everywhere on the beach too.. I recommended this charming place.

Negative: Breakfast was underwhelming, I hope the restaurant and bar area will be more alive in the future, there were very few other guests, it opened only a few months ago so I think it will get better with time.
