Positive: - Wonderful hosts! Elvezio and Daniella are very kind and pleasant people. Daniella shared with us valuable tips and advice, and Elvezio always helped out. He even escorted us to the car with an umbrella on a rainy day. It was a pleasure meeting them and hearing their stories. Their personal touch was an added bonus. - Peaceful and quiet location in general. Airplanes can be heard until late at night, but it didn't bother our sleep. - Very good breakfast. A large variety of eggs, that the owners prepare, cheeses, yogurts, granola, hot and cold drinks, pastries and more. - We were in the Double Room which has a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware. It also has an ample sized mini-refrigerator. This is ideal for those who want to prepare their own meals. - The room is quite spacious for a couple, and if the weather permits, there is small and nice outdoor terrace to sit at. - Location is convenient for those travelling to the areas of Milano, Maggiore, Como.

Negative: - We stayed in September, which is towards the end of the off-season. Take into account that almost all of the places in Agrate Conturbia and its surroundings are closed from around 18:00, and there is no place to go for groceries or get some coffee/dinner. This wasn't a problem for us, but it is worth a mention. - If you plan on an early start in the morning, you need to reserve the breakfast upon your arrival, or even before. Breakfast is served at their dining table, and places are limited, so plan ahead. - The hot water in the shower need to run for a couple of minutes before until they show up. So remember to do so before going into the shower ;-)
