From the external gate, you reach the front door, which leads into the bright living room, ready to accommodate four people, with a dining table and an open-plan kitchen. The apartment also includes two bedrooms, one double with a French window that opens onto the external passageway leading to the garden, and a bedroom with two single bunk beds.
Casa Viola offers a second apartment with a separate entrance, accessible from the external staircase.
From the external stairs, entering the house, you\'ll find a bright living room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and armchairs for convivial moments. A fully equipped kitchen is separate but does not have a door connecting the living room. In addition to the kitchen and a bright living room, we offer two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and sink is available separately from the small guest bathroom with a toilet and an additional sink, located in an adjacent cubicle.
A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden is furnished with a table and four chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or evenings.
