Positive: My friends and I had a great 3 day stay at the Villa. Luis and Juan are very responsive and helpful for whatever you need. The house is beautiful and right on the lagoon to enjoy whenever you want.

Negative: Honestly we liked everything, maybe the few small suggestions are in the top bunk to add an outlet for someone to charge there phone also the key locks for the doors can be a bit of a hassle to lock so I think changing to easier locks would be better.

Positive: The location, the view, access to the lagoon from the property, nearness to marinas and tours. Loved the sliding glass door on the main level that, when opened, makes the space so unique and enjoyable. There was great communication with the owners/managers of the property. They were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help make it a fantastic stay for us. They had great recommendations for us regarding restaurants and tours to use. Their recommended tour of the lagoon was a tremendous experience for us. We loved every minute of the stay and would come back anytime we are in the area again.

Negative: There is a leak in the first room upstairs. We didn’t know there was a leak and after an overnight storm, a phone that was left on the shelf directly below it nearly shorted after getting wet. Also, there is a big gap between the wall and the underside of the windows on the main floor, next to the TV. This could allow bugs to come into the house more easily. All in all, these issues had minimal impact on our enjoyment of the place, the lagoon, and our stay. There were lots of mosquitos a couple of nights that made it impossible to open the sliding door in the living room and allow the air to flow through. Of course, this is just nature and not a host issue. Even so, managers were attentive to the issue and ensured someone came to fumigate ASAP. They were great to work with for everything!
