Positive: spacious shared kitchen we were the only ones there. the facilities are like new and it's fully equipped with everything . a 75inch smart TV so we could watch the America's cup on you tube .best out of 20 places we've stayed in scily . host is very accomadating and helpful. highly recommended. we had a car too secure parking

Positive: Nino was an amazing host He was always avaliable when we needed something and was always replenishing items in the house i.e coffee or water. Location was safe with 24 hour security at the front gate. The room and shared kitchen area was spacious for us to stay comfortably as a family for the 3 weeks we were there Would definitely be back for our next stay!

Positive: This new apartment has everything you need to stay here some days. Everything is new and functional. It was fantastic sea view from our room. Nino is a great host, who can answer all your questions and give many helpful advices

Negative: It was a bit hard to find. The apartment is located in condo complex “Complesso Peloritano”, with a barrier on the entrance. Go to the rbarrier and tell to the guard, that you live in Casa veneziano. He knows it very well. You need building F

Positive: Casa Veneziano is in building F, down a private road with good parking. It is a very modern apartment with excellent facilities. Nino is a great host with Google Translate being used extensively. He took me to the Tram station about 900m away to get to the city centre.

Positive: Everything was clean and comfortable. Although I thought the kitchen was private it turned out to be shared but it wasn't a problem. The area in itself is quite nice. There's lots of shopping and stuff to do. There was also a currency exchange place about 34 mins away on the bus.

Negative: You can also hear the neighbours when they're being too loud which is annoying but only happened once so it wasn't too bad. People were smoking in the kitchen which is absolutely disgusting. It's a bit expensive too.
