Positive: The apartment is well equipped with everything that you need, very clean and in a quiet area. Also close to many good restaurants. The host is very helpful and friendly, we received a lot of recommendations of places to visit and also restaurants and everything that we tried was very good. We didn't feel the need to use the funicular, as the Citta Alta is just 20mins of walking from the apartment and we like to walk :) , we enjoyed also to go to Monastero di Astino, very nice views during this walk. We really appreciated the fact that we managed to check-in early as we were tired because of the early morning flight. We also left early and the check-out procedure is very simple.

Positive: The property was v clean and well equipped with everything for cooking. Filter for water was excellent. It was obvious the Owners care very much for the environment. The heated floors were so nice. The area is very safe with plenty of Cafes and restaurants in the area.

Negative: The coach could do with upgrading but I’m being picky . Everything was v good.

Positive: Casa vacanza Valentina is a lovely place in the heart of Bergamo. We enjoyed our stay really much. We got everything that we needed during our stay, and Valentina was always ready to help! She is really kind and a great host.

Positive: I think Valentina was one of the best hosts we had (and we are frequent travelers). The apartment is just as it is shown in the pictures and the location is central close to the train station and the funicular that goes to Citta Alta.

Positive: Valentina & Gianluca met us at the property to explain the keys and show us around the apartment. Lovely touches with the Sicilian biscuits and the jelly's along with some teabags and coffee sachets. Fabulous shower and large bathroom. Numerous restaurants and bars in the locality, 20 minute walk to the train and the funicular. Short walk to Porta Nuova where you can get the number 1 bus to Citta Alta and to the airport.

Summary: Would highly recommend a visit to Bergamo and a stay with Valentina & Gianluca.
