Positive: The apartment is located in a quiet village with beautiful views. We stayed in unit B, which was very spacious, it had two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped, and the check-in was very smooth as the keys were waiting for us in the room.

Negative: In the upper unit (A) there were other guests, and everything was very audible. In the evening and at the night we couldn’t fall asleep because of the voices and footsteps.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, the only downside was noise from the upper unit.

Positive: A great place to relax, with a view of the valley and the Friulian plain. The house is a real little gem where you can unwind… if you're lucky.

Negative: Well now… the house and communication with the host (i.e., SlowValley) was great, and I really don’t want to lower the rating because they truly deserve it… but… right next to the house there's a church that rings its bells every hour (and twice, no less!?!… for the first time ever, I experienced it ringing at, say, 9:59 and then again at 10:01). Then at 6:00 AM it rings loud enough for the entire valley to hear. If that doesn’t bother you, then you’re in the right place. I also have to mention the summer kids’ camp within the church complex, which didn’t help. Every evening, instead of peace and quiet — which is what you come here for — you get kids yelling and screaming, unbearable music mixes, and so on. And just when you think, “OK, this will end soon, surely not later than 10 PM,” it just goes on and on and on… way past 10. So if that’s not a deal breaker for you, then you’re in the right place. The house is super cute, tidy, and really fits the hill-country vibe that surrounds it. But… not for me anymore.

Positive: Very quiet location and amazing views

Negative: When we arrived it was really cold and we couldn't get hold of the host through the app. I spoke to another lady on WhatsApp and finally someone came to give us some blankets as they were locked away. We also booked the two bedroom place expecting to have access to two bedroom. But when we arrived the second bedroom was locked. After contacting the host someone came and opened the second bedroom. The stay was beautiful, it just took a bit of time getting everything sorted.

Positive: The room is exceptional! The amount of details in every piece of furniture is fascinating! Everything is a piece of art! Besides the obvious aesthetics the room is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is big and had everything you need, even salt, pepper and sunflower oil for cooking. You can stay at the balcony and enjoy stunning view of the mountains and valleys. The parking is in the town not far away from the house.

Positive: Rustic but modern appartment with electricity, leather couches, paintings, TV, view to surrounding hills, heating system, desk games for kids, books, maps, kitchen with everything needed. Amazing cemetery in village. The host representative tried her best to answer all of my questions. We didn't need to get the keys from nearby town. The keys were in doors of appartment on the day of arrival. We could even let the keys in doors after check-out. The appartment was clean. No smell.

Negative: Apartment is divided into separate units. Unit A and unit B which is above unit A. Furthermore, there were 3 doors leading to our appartment which were closed. 1 door was slide doors with no lock. That was huge letdown. No privacy. Everytime we left the appartment I had to lock bedroom with our valuables. That was the only room without access from outside. Sounds from unit B were loud. You could hear talking of guests above us. Every their step was as loud as they were walking like 2 metres from us or in next room. When I booked this appartment I thought we will be alone there. The road to this appartment is closed. That was told to us the day of arrival 😕 it meant extra hour of driving around at night. Someone in the village let their dog on lose. I met the dog in the middle of village. No master, no leash, nothing. Dog was not friendly. It was super annoying. We were there with small child.
