Positive: Great apartment with all the amenities you would need (also coffee/tea/ cold drinks …). Very very clean and quiet environment. Luigi is a wonderful host, check in and check out was very easy. We loved our stay there. Would definitely go back!

Positive: We loved staying at this excellent accomodation! Everything regarding the flat was extremely clean, spacious and of high quality. We enjoyed having breakfast or relaxed in the sun in the beautiful garden as well. The extras provided by the friendly and caring host were just amazing, way more than we had expected. Moreover, the location was just perfect for us as we had been looking for an authentic and quiet spot near the lake but could also enjoy bars, restaurants and little stores among the locals. We'd be delighted to stay at Casa Teresa again at some point in the future.

Negative: There were just a few minor things which could be improved, like having a few more plates and kitchen essentials for cooking. The sofa was not very comfortable for us (a bit too hard) but that's just our perspective. Also the water heating system is not the best as sometimes the water took quite a while warming up or even stayed cold. However, the host was always there to help out. If you are looking for a more vibrant spot with lots of amenities, I would recommend looking for a different accomodation.

Positive: It was all incredible: The apartment is very well equipped and decorated. Luigi surprised us with a series of treats, chocolates, café, beer and wine. Real one of the best experiences I have had in more than 15 years using Booking. The parking is also very easy.

Positive: Top location in Germignana downtown, 5 min foot walk to the Lago Maggiore. The apartment was super clean. Luigi was a very friendly and responsive host. The fridge was filled with a bottle of Prosecco, water and various snacks. We.can definitely recommend Casa Teresa!!

Positive: Casa Teresa is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, it has everything you need for a holiday at Lake Maggiore. Very easy to get to the Lake and close to Luino for ferry trips around the Lake.
