Positive: Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful with small issues, always checking in with us that everything was ok. The room is big and the pool, although small, is good and much needed after a long day at the beach. It is a modern housing with green lush plants all around, including a mango tree that gave us a few good ones while we were there.
Negative: The bathroom sink could be cleaned a bit better, and to avoid getting animal droppings on plates in the outside kitchen, I would suggest putting another wood shelf on top or covering them with a cloth.

Positive: The casa is well located right near playa Zicatela, close to La Punta and not far from centro. It is comfortable and well decorated, it feels like home. Sarah and her dad are awesome hosts. We hope to be back some day.

Positive: The property itself is pretty with a nice pool and the room was just as described, just enough for my very brief stay. For me, it was the amazing hospitality and warmth of the hosts that really made this a wonderful experience from me. They were so kind, friendly and helpful when it came to finding where to go and how to get places. It's a short walk from the shore and if you walk about 10-15mins down, you'll find yourself in the main beach area with all of the restaurants.
Negative: The neighborhood didn't have much immediately around it, I did have to walk a bit either down the beach or up to the Main Street. Keeping that in mind, it makes sense that the area is so quiet (which can be a perk if that's what you're going for).
Summary: Greatly priced room in nice property with very accommodating hosts.

Positive: I had the Bright Garden Suite #2 on the 1st floor with pool view and a balcony to the road. Plenty of light and airflow. The location is an easy walking distance to the beach and far enough from the main road to be quiet enough. Very secure feeling but the whole area felt very safe. The tree gives great privacy from the other apartments. The rooftop area is great to chill / work-out. Front entrance with a lockbox for the key made it easy to go out without having the key in your pocket. The transfer cooperation with Rigo was outstanding!
Negative: The outdoor kitchen would be nice to better stocked with more utensils, pots and pans to be able make better use of it. Other minor items that I picked up on will be taken care of by the property I am sure.
Summary: A wonderful stay, the host was very supportive to supply any needed info.
