Positive: Everything was perfect! Location, place itself, parking, coffee was amazing, little patio/garden for outdoor sitting, blackout curtains, laundry machine. Everything you need was there. Bed was super comfortable, communication with host was prompt and on point, we arrived at midnight no problem!

Negative: Everything was fine!

Summary: Will book again. Perfect location and place was super cozy and comfy!

Positive: I find myself arrived in a rainy day of Catania. The place of the apartment is by the sea, and is very quiet. It has washing machine, hot water very fast and nice the decoration shows the taste of the landlord. Andrea is a very easy going landlord. He gives me everything that I need, including an umbrella. He is really nice and try to treat every guest as well as possible. I will definitely return. In a sunny summer maybe. Grazie mille Andrea!

Positive: Andrea was extremely helpful, we could check-in earlier. When we’ve got questions, she responded immediately. The bed was comfortable, there was some kitchenwares, coffee machine.The apartment was located in a good place, the bars and beaches were in 2 minutes walking distance. We got 10% discount at a bar.

Negative: The apartment was a little bit old-fashined and sometimes noisy. On our first night there was a party nearby and on Sunday morning renovation was made at one of the apartments above us. This is not our host’s fault but we couldn’t rest :(

Summary: The apartment is great for short vacations because it is located in great place and the owner is very helpful.

Also there are complimentary coffee, and bottled water generously provided by the hosts. Additionally, guests receive a ten percent discount at the nearby Esagono Beach Club, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. The owner is exceptionally courteous and always available to assist, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Casa Scogliera for its superb location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality.

Positive: The keys were handed over easily by telephone. The gate and the apartment door were opened by radio remote control. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. It was possible for me, on request, to move into the apartment before the agreed time. Many thanks again for this! There is a small garden, but it is surrounded by walls. The room (bed, kitchenette, dining table) is practically furnished. There is fast internet and the bed is very comfortable.

Positive: Owner gave us easy instructions on how to enter the property. Plenty of secure parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a terrace. Plenty of hot water. Great location for visiting the area.

Negative: Only small thing is a couple of new mugs needed.
