Positive: The location worked out well for us.

Negative: The owner does not communicate clearly. The pictures show two units he is offering at this location. No where was that explained in the booking and then upon arrival the address and access is to both units, so we thought this is what we rented. Owner has multiple cameras on or in the property and he called and was stern with us. No where had he communicated what we had access to. The other unit guest came in while we were there and like us, were confused and displeased that the address and access was shared. In addition, once we discovered the camera(s), it was odd.

Summary: Location was good. The facility was decent. Down side was the communication.

Positive: Stunning view! So calming and beautiful. Property is close to the capri town centre, and to the bus stops.

Negative: Wifi is only connected to outside terrace, this made it a little inconvenient

Positive: The location and view from the house was exceptional! The host was always kind and available for anything we needed. They upgraded us to the bigger apartment which was far more spacious and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, the perfect base for Capri and close to Marina Piccolo. We would love to stay again!

Negative: Would be helpful to notify guests of the steepness of the location and path in advance to their arrival so that they can organise a porter for any luggage accordingly. Aircon and a soap dish for the bathroom would also be much appreciated.

Positive: Would highly recommend this property! It had incredible views and lovely courtyard to relax in. Very spacious room that was incredibly clean and tidy! Bathroom was also beautiful. The hosts made it easy to contact them if we ever needed anything.

Negative: Only thing is that there is no aircon.

Summary: Lovely hotel in beautiful location right near the beach.
