Casa Santa Barbara ist ein schönes Haus mit zwei Wohnungen. Unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung erstreckt sich über die oberen zwei Stockwerke und hat einen privaten Eingang. Das renovierte Tessiner „Rustico“ bietet einen 270°-Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, die Magadino-Ebene und die Berge.
Es liegt im Dorfzentrum von Brione, nahe Bushaltestellen, Restaurants und einem Spielplatz. Eine Bäckerei ist von Frühling bis Herbst täglich bis 12 Uhr geöffnet.
Ideal für 2-3 Personen, besonders Paare. Nicht für 4 Personen geeignet.
Vermietung: Samstag bis Samstag, mindestens 7 Tage. In den Monaten Februar, März, September und November sind auch 4 Tage möglich.
Obergeschoss: Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essbereich, Kamin, Terrasse und Abstellraum.
Erdgeschoss: Zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon mit Ausblick.

Summary: Unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub in der schönen Casa Santa Barbara war sehr erholsam. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt, die zentrale Lage (Bäckerei und sehr empfehlenswertes Grotto gleich vor Ort) mit einem kurzen Weg ins Zentrum und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir - speziell nach den Wanderungen - sehr geschätzt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gut unterhalten, ist geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet und verströmt eine gemütliche Ambiance. Die gepflegte Umgebung und die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon (auch im Schlafzimmer) auf den Lago Maggiore, Minusio, Muralto, das Zentrum und den Hafen von Locarno, von Tenero bis hinunter nach Cannobio (Italien) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seeseite von Magadino über das ganze Gamborogno-Gebirge bis über die Grenze nach Italien haben uns sehr beeindruckt und gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
