Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Lanzarote. The house is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a highlight – always clean and perfect for cooling off during the day. The location is excellent, just a short walk/drive from the sea, so we could easily enjoy both the beach and the comfort of the villa. The outdoor area is ideal for spending time together, whether for sunbathing, dining al fresco, or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The host was welcoming, attentive, and always available for any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to the ocean. We would definitely love to come back!

Positive: Villa up on a hill, had great all round views and nice gardens. Very well equipped kitchen for our self catering.

Negative: The pool was cold even though it uses some sort of solar heating to warm it. But this may be because the weather for most of our week was overcast, cold and very windy and the fact we were on a hill actually worked against us. But the last couple of days were excellent weather so we could take advantage of the glorious balcony. The weather in Lanzarote in March is more unpredictable then we expected and there is always some level of wind around.

Summary: Great Villa, poor weather, hosts were very helpful.

Positive: The location at the top of the hill gave great views of the hills and surrounding area. We were not overlooked at all. The villa was well equipped . The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, etc., although a little short of work surface space. The 2 bathrooms are a great size with rain showers and bidets. The round room at the top of the stairs is a lovely place to sit and relax. The shop on site was well stocked and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. We didn't use the restaurants. We look forward to returning.

Negative: The only thing was the wind and clouds at the time we were there in January/February, but nothing can be done about that! The pool was a little cool at that time of year.

Positive: The villa was in an elevated position with views of the sea. Very private. We had lots of space and a shared swimming pool. The large balcony on the main bedroom had great views and was a great place to sunbathe. The local supermarket for breakfast shopping was only 10 minutes walk away. Our pool guy and general handyman Manolo Thiele was extremely helpful and fixed our coffee maker and upstairs TV immediately when asked. Nothing was too much bother for him. Well done! Altogether a wonderful week's holiday. We will be going back!

Negative: Nothing really. Perhaps the main bed could be a little softer! Our towels were too short. We needed longer and larger towels in the bathroom.
