Positive: Location - 25 min walk to old town or about 12 min via metro. Local buses everywhere in the city in all directions, regional buses to Belamadena, Marbella, Fuengirola, 2 stops to high speed and regional train station, bus to airport 50m away. Lots of shops nearby in every direction, beach about 650m, a restaraunt street around the corner 250m, a good bakery. Flat as described. Paco, the owner very nice.

Negative: you can hear neighbours feom time to time tbrough the walls but thats pretty usual in spain.

Positive: The apartment is just perfect. It is very spacious, with big and comfy rooms. As a group that loves to eat at home, we were very pleased to have a kitchen so well equipped. We lacked nothing in that regard. Apart from the interior, the location is also great. 5 mins from the metro station, which is the only type of transport that you will need to get to the city center. The neighborhood was quiet enough to have a great rest, yet it is on a bigger street with all kinds of shops all around (for any Eastern EU visitors, there is a shop with our types of goods 5 mins away). Last but not least the host was the best!!! Paco gave us the keys and gave us great tips for our stay!

Negative: I have nothing to say here, really. Just book the place.

The layout is ideal for a group of friends, with two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the flat and a bathroom in between, offering plenty of privacy. The living room is large and separate from the kitchen, with access to a balcony — a lovely spot to unwind. The flat felt clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived — a big thanks to the host for that! Paco was incredibly warm and hospitable, and even made my birthday in Málaga feel extra special — a gesture I truly appreciated. We especially loved spending our mornings around the round kitchen table, chatting over coffee. Small details like the coffee machine and washing machine added to the comfort and made it feel like a real home away from home. The location is also convenient, with several supermarkets (including Lidl) close by, and a wide selection of local restaurants within walking distance — all offering great food, good prices, and friendly service. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having an umbrella available to take with us. Overall, a comfortable, well-located place that made our trip easy and enjoyable — and with such a thoughtful host, we felt truly welcomed. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: The property was spotless and very clean. Beds were comfy. Had washing machine, dish washer, clothes rack and had everything we needed. Location was great, near the tram and the beach! Paco met us and was so helpful, showed us places/ restaurants on the map and we used google translate to communicate but it wasn’t a problem

Positive: Large apartment lovely and clean, well stocked, comfortable just like home. Central location, supermarkets all around, metro station is a few minutes walk and it's cheap and efficient. Paco was friendly and very helpful.

Negative: The oven needs cleaning! You can hear noise from other apartments but not really a problem.

Positive: Every little detail in the apartment is incredible. You have everything you could possibly need, from towels to drying rack, all the appliances in the apartment are very useful. The apartment was spotless, everything was extremely clean. Also Mr. Paco was very friendly and sent us many recommendations for food and places to visit in Malaga. The apartment is super close to many supermarkets and the metro station through which you can access the town centre very easily. If we come back to Malaga, we will definitely book again!
