Positive: We had a wonderful nine-day stay in this lovely apartment during our family vacation in Rome. The place was spotlessly clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming, greeting us with cold drinks and making sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our time in the city. The location is fantastic—close to the EUR station, which made it easy to reach many of Rome’s top tourist destinations. There’s also a convenient bus stop just a 5-minute walk away with direct access to the airport, plus plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I want to personally thank the owners for their outstanding hospitality and service. They truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Positive: I was visiting a friend who lived in the building so I was familiar with the neighbourhood and building already. I is some distance from the centre of Rome - about 20 min by metro but the station is only a 10 minute walk. There are some good places to eat but you have to know where they are. The apartment was well equipped with nice layout and good bathroom shower - all very modern. I was only there a short stay but it would be comfortable for a longer stay. I didn't use the laundry or do much cooking but it is equipped for this. The key entry system was a bit tricky to figure out at first and might be an issue if you don't have a phone with a internet connection.
Negative: The cost a bit high if you are not taking advantage of the apartment (cooking at home etc) but a nicer place to stay than a hotel. Note you can hear a bit of noise from the neighbours in this building.
Summary: I would stay here again if I was spending some time in Rome and wanted to be away from the tourists.

Positive: We loved the email communication from the owners prior to arrival and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and modern and had many conveniences to make the stay enjoyed. It's a short walk to the buses and train so made getting around easy. We stayed there for 5 nights as our son was playing rugby across a number of rugby stadiums.
