Positive: Very clean, big and modern. Well furnished with amenities and beds are comfortable. Host is very helpful and responds within an hour. Air conditioning wasn’t very strong at first, host brought us a dehumidifier to help and it got better.
Negative: Apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, it was a bit difficult to bring up all of our luggages but we were already aware of that before booking the apartment.

Positive: Location very good, not in the downtown, but nearby the Laurentina metro station, about 5-10 minutes by walk. Owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartman is nice, clean, everything was there what we needed. I can recommend to eceryone.

Positive: Clean, comfortable. Landlord was courteous, helpful, and welcoming. A lovely space for family togetherness & easy access to public transport.
Negative: A little more kitchen equipment would be helpful, especially as there is a dishwasher.

Positive: The Apartment was fantastic, it suited our groups need for the rugby tournament we were attending. Apartment was clean, big and spacious. And had everything needed to stay comfortably. Not far from local metro and bus stops. Host was incredibly communicative and got everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend and if I come back to Rome I'll definitely would stay here again
