Positive: The location was great......not too far from the plaza or the strip. Stores were close too. There were extra beds for everyone. the space was pretty private. The place was also pretty secure. the delivery people found us easily

Negative: I didnt like the parking situation. it wasnt private however our cars were never tampered with so I guess thats still a plus. I didnt like that the alarm went off and we couldnt really find the source of the issue...it was 420 in the morning and it took a few minutes for the downstairs tenants to turn off the alarm which left my family in sort of a panic mode but ince they remedied the situatio we were able to rest easy

Positive: The apartment is quite suitable for a family. We had a great pleasure staying there. The owner was very nice and let us get into the apartment before 3 p.m. Of course, I sent one message to ask if they could let us get in a little bit earlier.

Negative: the living room has no air conditioning, which could be a little bit hot. But since it is big enough, the kids have space to play.

Positive: This place was awesome, especially for the price. There is plenty of space to spread out. Great fit for traveling families! Balconies, a courtyard, and extra bedding were a great touch. The host was also very accommodating.

Negative: Parking was a little tight. If you have a larger vehicle, it's best to find parking on the street... This can be a bit difficult as well. Across from the property was a park but it was really just a swamp, not a good view.

Positive: The place was clean and spacious. It was in a rather close proximity to major stores. My wards enjoyed having a working/updated tv.

Negative: The hot water in the bathroom was hot, much less warm. The living room's ventilation called for more than ceiling fans. More attention could be given to some details that truly creates a home away from home.
