Positive: Great location, great place, great people, terrible management.

Negative: The management. Very unprofessional.

Summary: I made some great friends, wanted to stay longer... but there is only room for one top dog. Silly.

Positive: Nice friendly guesthouse atmosphere. Host was helpful and followed up to ensure I was happy. Kept very clean and the kitchen has enough and segregated storage space which is a benefit. A couple areas to relax indoors and a smaller but pretty and relaxing backyard in which to chill out. Different Internet lines to which you can connect. It was fast and reliable save one day - which was likely a service provider issue outside their control. Most of the guests are longer term. Safe neighborhood and in the college zone so a good variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Cleaned thoroughly every day. Good bed and a table with TV and a closet for storage provided.

Negative: No sign or street number outside so a bit confusing if you arrive like I did without Internet service on your cell phone (big white house with black metallic trim).

Positive: we were one of the first people who booked over booking and not airbnb. it‘s a really nice house in the study area and it feels safe when you go out. the kitchen had everything you need and the supermarkets weren‘t top far away. the host was really welcoming and always helped us if we needed anything.

Negative: in our room we had no aircondition which was not a problem because it was too hot but because of the smell inside the room, but it wasn‘t too bad.

Summary: very nice house
