Positive: The room was exactly as shown on booking.com, it was clean & I was very comfortable for my overnight stay. The Romanian family hosts could not do enough for me or be kinder than they were. This was a highlight for me being with the family & having my evening meal at the property. As a bike rider the location was perfect for the way in & out the next day. Be ke security on site. Supermarkets nearby if required. This was good value for money for this Australian solo bike rider, highly recommended. Breakfast is included however I didn't have breakfast as I left early to beat the heat. I wanted to pay for my evening meal however this was refused because I was not having breakfast. It doesn't get any better than that. Well done!!!

Negative: Nothing to dislike, the experience of being here says it all!!

Positive: Valeriu is an exceptional man, and so is his son. The food was excellent. They are very helpful and kind. Although it is by the railway station, the place is rustic and in a very nice semi-rural location. Cute and friendly dogs. Good parking facilities. Well equipped and pleasant rooms. Excellent value for money. If I am in Giurgiu I will always stay there!

Negative: The steep and narrow wooden stairs. The lack of headroom in the shower.

Positive: We needed a place to stay for the night because we were traveling by car and I booked it last minute. I have to say that it exceeded our expectations. First of all, they had a parking spot inside the property, where we could leave our car without worrying about whether we would find it in the morning or not, since we didn't know the area. The owners waited for when we arrived (late arrival) and showed us the room . One small and maybe unimportant detail, but I liked it ,was the fact that they had a night light in the corner of the room. The room was spacious enough, warm, clean and had its own private bathroom. The bed was huge and really comfortable. In the morning of our departure, they woke up early and prepared us a tasty homemade breakfast (omelet, bread, homemade strawberry jam, croissants) and coffee. It felt like we were having breakfast with friends, we loved the hospitality and if we have the chance we would definitely book it again in the future! Thank you for everything!
