Positive: Close to the city center (Walking 15-20 minutes). 5-6 people can accommodate easily. The house was very clean. Free indoor car garage was a very nice facility. 50m to a Supermarket for shopping.

Negative: Sitting in the balcony is very pleasant but big mosquitoes may enter the rooms (The bedroom windows have nets)

Positive: Beautiful clean modern apartment. Well located for exploring Ghent, using nearby bus service.

Negative: Delay in gaining access to the apartment. Access code wasn't sent as promised, as we hadn't paid tourist tax in advance. We hadn't paid the tax, as the payment link was not sent to me as was promised. It took me a couple of hours to contact Matthias to resolve the issue
