Positive: Very clean and nicely decorated room and very helpful and responsive hosts. The location is quite nice. We had walked to the science museum and oceanographic easily. Kim was very responsive to our messages and questions.

Negative: if you go by car, there is free parking right on the same street but it might get very crowded in some hours of the day so sometimes it is hard to get a spot. But we managed quite well regardless. Just a warning ;)

Positive: I liked support from the owner and flexible communication (he helped us to find a parking place for the car by the arrival in the evening), great place close to the centre by bikes (Valenbisi is in front of the apartment) and facility like at home.

Negative: The couch in the living room is not so much comfortable for more nights.

Positive: Everything was amazing, from the communication to the lovely welcoming in person. We had everything one could possibly need as facilities and everything was sparkling clean. Location is at walking distance from all important touristic attractions (beach, science, art, oceanografic complex, city center). Very spacious and comfortable. I would clearly choose the same if I ever come back to Valencia. Thanks a lot, Tym and family! ❤️
