Summary: Casa Mar, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The property itself was beautiful, offering a serene, laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the nearby beach—it was wonderfully secluded, far from the usual crowds, providing a peaceful and private escape. The sunrises were absolutely breathtaking, with vibrant colors lighting up the sky and reflecting off the calm water. It was a perfect way to start the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe of Casa Mar was exactly what we needed for a tranquil getaway. Highly recommend!

Summary: I loved that the complimentary use of kayaks on the property. My boyfriend and I made use of them every day we could: to watch the sunrise from the water or to just paddle over to a nearby beach bar. The honor-system snack bar was a nice touch too. This place was exactly what I was looking for after a couple of hectic days at carnaval in Rio. Great location within an easy drive of Paraty, great view overlooking the fishing and excursion boats in the bay, outstanding breakfast and very clean rooms.

Summary: The property by itself was fantastic. Flavio, Mauricio and the rest of the staff very friendly and helpful. Mauricio arranged a boat trip around the islands for us that we enjoyed very much. We will come back for sure.
