3 Bedroom House in Pinar de Campoverde

The living room is confortale. There is WiFi and plenty of books, games and a TV. present. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven and dishwasher and microwave.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, separated by a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with a double bed. There is a camping bed available for the little ones. Please indicate when booking if you would like to use this. In addition, there is a shower room with washbasin and toilet. The living room and two bedrooms on the second floor have airconditioning. All rooms have a ceiling fan, lovely in spring and autum.
In addition to the terrace/patio and garden behind the house, there is also a spacious terrace/solarium on the roof. This way you can always choose sun or shade. Of course there are garden chairs and parasol available and the BBQ is also available.
Bed linen, towels, etc. are provided in the house.
Casa la Perla is a semi-detached, spacious and cozy family home in the Vista Bella urbanization on the edge of the picturesque village of Pinar de Campoverde. It is one of thirty houses in this small urbanization and has a communal swimming pool with children's pool. You will stay in our own house and next to neighbors who live here permanently and would like it if you take them into account. So it is certainly not a holiday park!
Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. it is rest time, no more music outside and the swimming pool is closed.
Our house is located 10 km from the beautiful beaches of the southern Costa Blanca and 3 km from the great Lo Romero golf courses. From the Casa you have a beautiful view of the adjacent nature reserve and you can reach the sea via a beautiful dry riverbed.
The village has several shops and many catering establishments, from pancakes to high-quality Indian dinners.
There are various beautiful and fun excursions in the area, both natural and cultural. Casa la Perla is located a short distance from the Mar Menor with its famous mud baths. You will find information about this in a folder in the house.
Mandatory additional costs.
A deposit of € 200 is required, which you must pay to Lisa, our hostess, upon arrival.
The mandatory final cleaning is € 60.00 and the costs for washing the linen are € 6.- per person.
These costs will be deducted by Lisa from the deposit you paid. You will receive the remaining amount back upon departure, after checking the property.

Summary: Very helpful owners , allowed us to change date s when plans changed and easy communication by what’s app to get keys . House is very nice but major let down was lack of air con which , to my fault , I had just assumed it had when booking . Out of season I’m sure the ceiling fans would suffice but in mid 30s temperature it was a sweat box . Such a shame as the rest of the property is great .

Summary: Amazing house in a perfect location that met all our needs. The facilities and cleanliness are outstanding and the outdoor space was perfect for what we used it for (eating and relaxing). The host was very welcoming, met us on arrival and departure (it was an early one too). Summary: This house was perfect for all the family. Plenty of outside space for the children to run around and play, everything needed for us to cook, relax and entertain. The owners fitted a stairgate so that the kids could sleep safely upstairs and we didnt have to worry. They really went above and beyond! Communication was so easy and nothing was too much trouble. Cant wait to stay here again. Location was ideal and the washing machine was a godsend having 2 young children! Thank you so much for the best 1st family holiday abroad. We loved our stay and we love your house ❤️

Summary: We went over to cycle for the week and the accommodation was perfect for 3 men, as we all had a room each. The house is very modern, very clean and had a big back yard to hangout and chill. We arrived late at night, and when we got out of the taxi we were greeted within 2 minutes by the friendly accommodation manager. Week hopefully be going back next year!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in in Casa la Perla. Check-in was nice and easy, the property was spotlessly clean, has comfortable beds and furniture, and all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. It is a 10-15 min walk to the bars and restaurants of the "strip," and not much further to the "village" bars and restaurants, plus the supermarket is only a 5 mins walk away. The area is nice and quiet and lovely views of the pine woods from the rear terraces. The communal pool is a lovely area, and easy to access too. A lovely area, friendly neighbours, so all in all the perfect property for a stay in Pinar de Campoverde - I'm sure we'll be back.

Summary: Perfect location away from the busyness of a town, quiet and has a great view. The villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The village has a few local shops and restaurants to visit and stock up from or otherwise, just eat out. The villa has all the homely equipment needed for self catering. Overall, lovely place to stay. It's also our 3rd time here. 😀
