Positive: This was an ideal location and allowed easy access to all we needed to do. We liked the flexibility of the host as my daughter decided to meet us after we made the reservation. The decor and comfort of this house exceeded others we have rented in Albuquerque. I liked the gas fireplace.

Negative: The smoke alarm was very sensative so warn renters to turn on the stove exhaust first.

Positive: Everything. It was amazing. Well appointed either way cooking facilities and appliances. Loved the grill on the patio and sitting out for dinner.

Negative: Nothing. Oh maybe a light directly above the grill. It was challenging to cook in the dark despite the floodlight.

Positive: The host met us at the property to walk us through some subtleties of the house and proactively avoided questions or phone calls during the stay. The gardens are beautiful, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-supplied for cooking if desired. The living and dining areas were cozy but spacious. The location is great for taking in all that Albuquerque has to offer. The Rio Grande Nature Center, Pueblo Cultural Center, Balloon Fiesta Park, Old Town, and I-40 and I-25 are all within easy reach. We look forward to our next visit to Casa La Huerta!

Negative: The parking is unpaved. This could be an issue for some, but it did not impact our stay. The satellite package does not include local stations, which would be nice for area weather and information. These are only small issues, as our stay was perfect.
