Positive: Extremely nice vila, the perfect choice if you want to get away from the comercial south of the island, fully equipped and really big, perfect for families and big groups. It looks much better than the pictures.The hosts were extremely friendly snd helpful.

Positive: Location was great . The floor needed vacuuming Again the bin was emptied . I didn’t use it and left it as I found it . Needs a screen door on the balcony Door .

Negative: The apartment was a bit dated. The car space wasn’t convenient.

Positive: Casa la Aldaba is spectacular! The pictures don`t do it justice, as it is much more impressive in reality. It is not just beautiful, but also very well equipped and in a perfect location to explore the island. The hosts were very nice and helpful :) A great experience!

Positive: The perfect apartment for the perfect getaway - phenomenal view - stylish - modern - open - sundrenched... once parked there is no need to drive anywhere else. everything is within walking distance !! Beach / Marina / Restaurants

Positive: The apartment is relatively spacious, at a great location and has a beautiful beachfront view. It has a new kitchen bench, new appliances (basic but great stove top and a dishwasher), new dishes and a nicely spaced bathroom. We had two beautiful parrots visit our balcony every morning.

Negative: The apartment was not clean - there was a blood stain on the shower door, the towel rack in the bathroom was filthy, the balcony was dusty and hadLaundry, although equipped with new appliances, was pretty much unusable because it was filthy. Upon our arrival we were notified that a technician would come to fix the wifi which did not work. Throughout the stay we have seen three large cockroaches in the kitchen area and a grasshoper or similar in the main bedroom. No flyscreen balcony door - so had to dim the light most nights. We ran out of hot water one night, after just one shower. The apartment complex, although it appears updated with a new roof, facade and balconies, is run down. On the penutlimate day of our stay we were left a note not to park in the complex, as that is for residents only. The next day we got an apology note - whoever wrote it explained they realised we were staying there. All of this was simply stressful.

Summary: Great location, view and potential, but needs to be cleaned and managed better.
