Positive: The apartment was extremely comfortable and well fitted out with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The terrace was the perfect place to sit with a coffee in the morning or Aperitivo in the enening to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the lake. We loved Mario and Vedrun who charmed us with their warm hearts and willingness to help us enjoy our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

Negative: We loved the walk up and down the hill to the lake but some may find it really difficult.

Positive: Mario and Verdon were excellent hosts. Responsive to all our needs and charming with it. The service provided was above and beyond, providing transport up and down the steep hills to the lake, ferrying us to the supermarket, providing recommendations and advice on what to see and how to get there. The apartment and its facilities were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well provided for in terms of kitchenware, utensils, crockery, linen, etc. And last but not least, the views of the lake from the terrace were absolutely fantastic. If you want a good place to stay in Tremezzo, and value for money, I can't imagine that you would find anywhere better than here.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike about Casa Intignano.

Positive: The hotel is located at the highest point which surprised us immensely - positively!!! As a result, the view from the bedroom window was unearthly. The host kind and courteous! He prepared maps, hiking routes, atractions , transportation schedule in City for guests - in addition, he explained everything and gave super tips!

Positive: The property and apartment are absolutely beautiful. I give the property a definite 10 stars, and the host, Mario the highest ratings I would give to any host. We have stayed in properties all over the world and have never had a better host. He consistently went above and beyond to make it a truly wonderful experience. We hope to come back to Tremezzo and see Mario again soon.

Negative: Everything about the property was fantastic.

Positive: We stayed at this villa for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The host was very hospitable. He had prepared a set of brochures for us in advance with ferry schedules and places to visit. He was ready to answer any of our questions, for which we are particularly grateful. The apartment was well-maintained and clean. The furniture was new. There is a very comfortable terrace with an excellent view of the lake, where you can spend a great time with family or friends. The house is situated on a hill, so it's better to have a car. There is a restaurant nearby within a 2-minute walk. Overall, we had a fantastic time. We will definitely come back.

Negative: There is no air conditioning in the house, however it was not a problem for us, because we were leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening. All the rest was perfect.

Positive: The location was perfect. Although the house is set up the mountain, we could drive down and use free car parks to get to all destinations. The views of the lake were stunning, in all types of weather. The tranquillity of the surrounding was enhanced by the scent of jasmine and roses in Mario's garden that could be enjoyed from the terrace. The apartment was very private, spacious, very clean and well equipped and staying in the Case felt like being at home. Mario, the host, was most welcoming, generous, informative and helpful. He responded immediately to any queries and helped us a lot not only round the house, but with various bookings ( Villa Carlota, a restaurant, some local specialities).

Negative: The only difficulty we had was with manoeuvring our big car around steep and narrow bends leading to the Casa.

Summary: Despite the unpredictable weather our stay was very happy, relaxing and homely.
